Set the default raffle-night values that the app can pull from the dashboard when a user presses Set to Default.
Player Tracking & MatchPay Credit
This is an organisation financial-policy setting. It can only be configured here in the Dashboard; the Raffle App reads the setting but cannot change it.
Enable Player Tracking
When off, Hornet Raffles keeps its existing workflow with no player selector and no MatchPay credits.
The earned credit is rounded up to the nearest whole dollar for each attributed purchase.
Player selection is optional for every sale. Player identity is internal and must not appear on tickets or presentation displays.
Raffle Templates
Save reusable raffle setups such as Thursday Raffle or Saturday Raffle. Templates do not replace the organisation default until you load one and save the default settings.
Select a template to load, update, or deactivate.

Numbering & Pricing
The starting ticket number used when resetting to club defaults.
Choose a built-in formula or a saved formula for this organisation.

Built-in formulas are available to all organisations. Saved formulas belong only to this organisation.
Create a reusable formula for this organisation. It will appear in the Formula Preset list after saving.
Default ticket sale cost.
Default rounding value used by the raffle formula.
Use 0 when you do not want a dollar limit applied.
Use 0 for no sell limit.
Entry Options
Enable Bonus Numbers
Allows bonus or extra number handling by default.
Enable Member Bonus
Members receive extra bonus numbers for the same spend. This uses the bonus numbers path in the app.
Example: 20 gives members 20% more numbers. Use 100 for matched numbers.
Maximum extra member bonus numbers per sale. Use 0 for no cap.
Enable Name Entry
Lets operators capture a buyer name when selling tickets.
Enable Sell Location
Turns on the sell location feature in the app by default.
Controls whether join QR codes are printed and how the live presentation is displayed.
Sell Locations
Choose how sell locations behave in the app.
Enter the locations exactly as you want them available in the app. Comma separated works well.
